Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced loan processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage loan files from origination to closing, ensuring compliance with regulations and Bank policy while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves working closely with loan officers, borrowers, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze loan applications for accuracy and completeness.

Gather necessary documentation and resolve issues.

Coordinate with title companies for seamless closings.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.

Ability to:

Maintain customer confidentiality.

Perform duties under frequent time pressures.

Solve problems while applying logic and discretion.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Familiarity with Hawthorn River software preferable.
