About the role
RADICL is looking for a Director of Marketing who can lead our growing marketing team while rolling up their sleeves as a hands-on contributor. This role requires a rare mix of strategic product marketing skills, operational leadership, and content execution. You’ll report directly to the CEO and have ownership of brand positioning, content creation, product marketing, campaign execution, and team management.
If the above excites you, RADICL is seeking high performing, motivated individuals to join our mission. As an early member, you will work closely alongside an experienced founding team. You will work with the latest sales and marketing tech stack tools and platforms. You will have a significant impact on the revenue growth of an innovative cybersecurity offering in the SMB space. You will receive an outsized equity grant and realize the life-changing experience of building a company.
About You
You enjoy fast-paced environments, bring a positive attitude, and excel at getting “stuff” done. You enjoy being part of a high-performing team and are able to self-direct and self-start. You consider yourself to be top tier talent and are eager to help others raise their game. You enjoy working with customers, are an excellent communicator, and able to engage and interact with people of various backgrounds and skill levels. You want your work to have meaning, to be important. You want to be part of creating something great.
As a RADICL Director of Marketing, you will:
· Lead & Manage the Marketing Function: Provide day-to-day oversight of marketing team members (currently product manager, events manager, and visual designer). Drive high-quality, timely execution of campaigns, launches, and projects. Manage agency relationships (SEO, paid media) and ensure alignment to company strategy.
· Product Marketing Leadership: Own messaging and positioning across product lines, ensuring consistency across web, collateral, and sales enablement. Translate technical features into compelling customer benefits and narratives. Support product launches with market intelligence, competitive positioning, and differentiated storytelling.
· Content Creation & Sales Enablement: Craft and oversee development of core assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and web copy. Partner with the CEO, product manager, and sales to deliver persuasive collateral tailored to buyer personas and industries. Work hands-on to write and edit content — not just manage others.
· Agency & Campaign Management: Collaborate with agencies executing paid media and SEO; ensure messaging, landing pages, and content align with product positioning. Translate campaign insights into pipeline-driving initiatives.
· Web & Digital Content: Oversee development and optimization of the company website, ensuring alignment with product marketing strategy. Drive thought leadership content and brand storytelling through digital channels.
Your skillset/experience should include:
· 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3–5 years in cybersecurity or adjacent technical markets.
· Proven product marketing expertise — positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, launch execution.
· Experience managing small teams and agencies, while also acting as a hands-on contributor.
· Strong writing and storytelling skills — able to craft persuasive content for both technical and business audiences.
· Track record of aligning marketing outputs to measurable sales and pipeline outcomes.
· Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, HubSpot (or equivalent), and sales enablement workflows preferred.
What Success Looks Like
· Marketing team executes at a consistently high standard with predictable, timely deliverables.
· Our messaging is clear, differentiated, and consistent across all channels.
· Content is produced efficiently and supports sales at every stage of the funnel.
· Agency outputs (SEO, paid) are amplified by strong in-house positioning and collateral.
· Marketing contributes directly to pipeline acceleration and revenue growth.
Compensation
· Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience and location)
· Bonus / Performance Incentives: tied to pipeline/revenue impact
· Equity: available, commensurate with stage and candidate profile
