Your responsibilities
- You create and maintain the strategy of our emerging Digital Identity portfolio (CIAM, SSI, eIDAS, Authentication)
- Collect input from management and stakeholders to derive a comprehensive portfolio strategy, including portfolio roadmap, innovation impulses, investment decisions and strategic partnerships
- Responsible for prioritization and portfolio governance: Where do we invest time, resources, and budget? Which products drive growth and customer value?
- Develop and own the positioning of the portfolio, ensuring it is clearly communicated and well represented to partners, customers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives, such as strategic product development or technical consolidation projects
- Foster an open and collaborative team culture, where knowledge is shared, successes are celebrated together, and challenges are solved collectively
Requirements
Your profile
- At least 10 years of experience in portfolio management in the fields of Digital Identity, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software
- Demonstrated success in scaling a business into multiple segments and/or geographies
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Proven ability to lead and work in cross-functional teams and align different stakeholders from development teams to executive leadership
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
- A good understanding of technical concepts and regulations in digital identity (e.g. SSO, FIDO2, OAuth, eIDAS), banking and payments is a plus
- Fluent in English (German is a plus but not mandatory)
