This role is responsible for managing and administering Blackmores’ sales master data. Specifically, this relates to pricing, products, trading terms and customer information. This is a very people focused role, where you will be the go-to person in the business for all queries relating to this data. You will attend meetings across the business and partner with the sales team to help them bring this date to live to inform decision making.
This role is perfect for anyone who has worked with sales/pricing data, either as a rep, sales analyst or in a junior finance role.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of Advanced Pricing functionality & mechanics
- New products set up including pricing and costing
- Cost change maintenance across all relevant products
- Co-ordination, set up and testing of Pricing Group, Banner and Customer deals
- Administration of TPM
- Maintenance of all relevant Master Data and hierarchies
- Review health check reports daily (rec.)
- Review pricing conditions interface on a daily basis
- Reconcile JDE and TPM customer trade spend
- Fortnightly upload of Nielsen Scan Data and NPD product CGP grouping
Who are you?
Familiar with pharmacy/FMCG sales and master data
Strong excel and data analysis skills
Great with people, confident attending and speaking in meetings and managing stakeholders
