About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and quality documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Quality Control or related fields (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector).
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using digital measurement instruments and quality management software.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of materials and products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Utilize measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications and tolerances.
- Document inspection results accurately and report any non-conformances or quality issues to the quality control manager.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to investigate defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and industry guidelines during all inspection activities.
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration is up to date to guarantee measurement accuracy.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in external quality audits as required.
