Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000/year, $2500 Sign-on Bonus

Join Our Team as a Health Services Manager (RN)

Are you a compassionate, organized, and motivated RN leader looking to make a real difference in the lives of older adults? We are seeking a dynamic Health Services Manager to join our clinical leadership team.

In this role, you�ll coordinate high-quality resident care, supervise and support nursing staff, and help lead our community�s clinical operations with compassion and professionalism. This position works closely with our Resident Care Manager and Director of Nursing to ensure an environment of clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care�while fostering a positive, supportive culture for both staff and residents.

What You�ll Do

  • Coordinate Resident Care:
    Oversee health care management and ensure up-to-date care plans and compliance with state regulations (including 805 requirements). Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, and providers in conjunction with the Resident Care Manager.

  • Manage Staff Schedules & Supervision:
    Create and manage clinical schedules, support staff during callouts, and ensure adequate coverage in conjunction with the Director of Nursing. Conduct regular check-ins with team members and help with orientation, training, and ongoing staff development.

  • Support Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    Assist in maintaining infection control, participate in audits and regulatory surveys, and help develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance and improve outcomes.

  • Foster a Positive Culture:
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, promote teamwork, and maintain a resident-centered, holistic environment.

What We�re Looking For

  • Current RN License (State or Compact) Required

  • Associate or Bachelor�s Degree in Nursing Required

  • At least 1+ year of nursing management experience; senior living or long-term care experience preferred

  • Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills

  • Broad knowledge in providing nursing care in a senior services setting.

  • Proficiency with electronic health records (PointClickCare preferred)

  • Willingness to rotate in an on-call schedule and provide hands-on support when needed
