Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Applications Analyst III to design, maintain, and enhance applications that support probation operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical development expertise with strong problem-solving and support skills to ensure the smooth performance and continuous improvement of critical systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain probation-related applications and databases.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement system improvements.
• Monitor application performance, diagnose issues, and implement timely fixes.
• Document system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and version upgrades of probation systems.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and operational policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in application development and technical support.
• Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in system maintenance, performance tuning, and user support.
• Familiarity with probation, justice, or government systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
