Through the Number 10 Internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to work within a futbol in one of the world’s most vibrant and global cities. Inter Miami CF is looking for a Marketing Intern who will report to the Manager of Marketing Operations. This position will support the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Operations Department, assisting in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and departmental initiatives across the Club. We seek someone with a strong grasp of our culture, superior organization skills, an unequalled work-ethic and a creative mind to help us achieve our goals. This position will be a one-year part-time seasonal paid internship.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including project coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups across departments.
- Help maintain and update Monday.com boards to track requests, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Assist with campaign planning and execution, ensuring assets move efficiently from intake through delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Communications, etc.) to ensure timely completion of marketing projects.
- Prepare meeting notes, recaps, and simple decks or reports to support ongoing initiatives.
- Support department-wide efforts such as process optimization, Marketing Day, and other special projects.
- Assist with event logistics and on-site coordination during activations, matchdays, or community events.
- Maintain organized file management systems and contribute to workflow and documentation improvements.
Requirements
- Applicants must be current students pursuing a undergraduate or graduate degree in sports Management, Marketing, Business Management or related field, or recent graduates who completed their degree no more than six months prior to the application deadline Intern must be available to work part-time during the semester (10-20 hours per week).
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and timelines.
- Knowledge of marketing, promotions and event planning.
- Exceptional creative abilities; looking to push the envelope and develop and implement fresh ideas.
- Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.
- Passion for fútbol is a plus.

- Start date: January 14th , 2026
Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship, without interruption. Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work visa from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to maintain their authorization to work in the U.S.
