Are you ready to elevate your career as a Senior HR Advisor working with our TUI Airline business?

We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team, providing expert HR support in a dynamic, unionised Airline environment. You'll play a critical role in maintaining good industrial relations while helping implement TUI's People Plan and driving business outcomes through strategic HR support.

The role will be published until 24 Oct 2025.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

•    Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
•    Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
•    A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
•    Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
•    Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

•    You'll provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues, balancing risk, fairness, and commercial considerations in our Airline business.
•    Working closely with HR and business leaders, you'll implement elements of the People Plan, aligning people strategies with wider organisational goals.
•    As a trusted advisor to managers, you'll build their capability in people management and industrial relations, keeping them updated on relevant legislation.
•    Your role involves analysing workforce trends, identifying issues, and developing proactive HR solutions in collaboration with colleagues across the HR function.
•    Supporting change management initiatives will be key, including restructures, redeployments, and TUPE processes where applicable.
•    We'll rely on you to build and maintain effective relationships with trade union representatives, including leading or supporting union consultations and negotiations.

ABOUT YOU

•    You have comprehensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and can apply this pragmatically in real-world situations.
•    With excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, you're able to influence, coach, and advise stakeholders at all levels.
•    You're skilled in handling complex and sensitive HR cases with professionalism and sound judgment.
•    Having the ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work is essential, while balancing key project activities.
•    You're passionate about self-development and staying abreast of the latest HR developments and trends.
•    You have CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience, with a background in a unionised environment being particularly valuable.
