Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Distribution
- Solid understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and production planning
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. D365) and MS Office
- Fluent English skills; additional European languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, diplomatic yet assertive
- Strong analytical and structured working style combined with pragmatism
- Ability to perform under pressure and set clear priorities in fast-moving environments
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
