Key Responsibilities:

- Operate cranes with lifting capacities up to 100 tons in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures.

- Monitor weather conditions and site hazards to maintain a safe working environment.

- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

- Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or concerns promptly.

- Assist with setup and dismantling of crane equipment as needed.

- Proven experience operating cranes with capacities up to 100 tons.

- Valid crane operator certification/license.

- Strong understanding of crane safety procedures and regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret load charts, schematics, and operational instructions.

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Physical ability to perform inspections and operate equipment in various weather conditions.
