Join the GrapeTree bunch as an OnBoarding Specialist at our corporate office in Milford, Iowa – just miles away from Lake Okoboji! This position does NOT require any license or certification in healthcare, but we ARE looking for individuals with a passion for helping others while providing excellent customer service and an eye for detail. The OnBoarding Specialist position focuses on ensuring our healthcare professionals have all the right documentation for them to be eligible to work for GrapeTree.


*Base salary plus opportunity for monthly incentive bonuses*


Schedules Available

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Thursday-Sunday, 10-hour shifts
  • Sunday-Thursday, 8am-5pm
  • Thursday-Monday, 8am-5pm
  • Additional $3/hour premium pay for weekend shifts

Position Details

  • Identify and ensure compliance of employee files per national/state regulations
  • Verify professional licenses, background studies, and employment documents from prospective, pending, and current employees
  • Provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals as they complete the onboarding process
