Admissions and Support Officer bei Sandwell College

Join our dedicated Admissions Team as an Admissions Support Officer and help us deliver a smooth and welcoming admissions experience for every applicant. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to make a real impact.

In this role, you will play a key role in progressing applications to the College by delivering a responsive and efficient admissions service. You will work closely with curriculum teams to coordinate interviews and manage applications through our Management Information System from initial enquiry to enrolment. Another key aspect of the role is engaging regularly with prospective learners, and offering clear and timely information, advice, and guidance. In addition to admissions, you will contribute to the wider operations of the team by supporting reception duties, processing financial transactions, handling posts, assisting with open days and interviews, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all learners and visitors.

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable individual to join our team, bringing strong organisational skills and a commitment to excellent service. The role includes processing payments, supporting registration activities, and delivering a professional front-of-house service. This will involve reception responsibilities, including switchboard operation.
