Job Overview

As the 2^nd Shift Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in our organization by managing our second shift warehouse team—ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement so that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations of second shift team, planning and organizing the workflow for each shift. 
• Ensures entry accuracy within the Warehouse Management Software (WMS). 
• Ensures a strong safety culture by enforcing all safety policies and leading by example.
• Leads and trains employees—providing guidance, feedback, and performance management.
• Manages the process for coordinating customer returns (RMAs), according to established procedures.
• Operates a forklift to load/unload trucks and to sort or move materials within the warehouse. 
• Collaborates with internal departments to resolve issues and supports our customer’s service needs.
• Monitors inventory accuracy and oversees product staging and loading.
• Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Reports all discrepancies, damages, or other issues. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• 18+ years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 3-5 years proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Forklift experience required – prior certification preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Email and experience with ERP Software - a plus
• Strong leader who can successfully resolve any issues
• Proven communication and organizational skills
• Committed to adhering to all safety processes and protocols
• Dependable and results-driven – committed to delivering high quality work
• Situational awareness and ability to use good judgement
• Experience lumber setting is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, stand, and walk for long periods (up to 80% of the shift)
• Able to reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse and outdoor environment, around related equipment

Job Type: Full time/ Second Shift (regular attendance required)
