Position: WIOA Team Leader

Location: Oshkosh with one day per week in Menasha plus occasional travel to the 6 counties that we serve in this region. 

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising WIOA staff, day-to-day program compliance, assisting staff with all aspects of the WIOA program, and assuring that training needs are being met.  You will work to ensure that the team is meeting the goals, policies, and procedures of the WIOA program.

Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description):

• Case management of a reduced caseload, workshop facilitation, job development and other case management responsibilities
• Plan and implement of program services, technical assistance, and program monitoring and evaluation
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with partner agencies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three (+) years’ experience in a related field
• Supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed
