Responsibilities

Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the insurance licensing and contracting form library and data-mapping code for a growing SaaS solution provider, under the direction of the Project Manager for Forms.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage large library of PDF forms with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Program data mapping logic into the forms catalog to apply the appropriate data to the correct forms based on complex rules using XSL/XML code language.
  • Act as Tier One Support contact for form and data-mapping related updates/issues/questions.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming form and data-mapping related support and update requests.
  • Resolves form and data-mapping problems by clarifying the customer’s need, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and calmly explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment.
  • Troubleshoot and calmly work with end users via phone & remote screen sharing.
  • Escalate problems to appropriate individuals within the SuranceBay team.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding form and data-mapping failures or customer concerns.
  • Versatile attitude with the ability to work within a small team.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Reading/writing XSL/XML Code

  • Ability to Interpret Complex Rules
  • Insurance industry experience (ideally within Licensing and Contracting).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Strong phone and e-mail contact handling skills
  • Ability to easily adapt to changing work situations.
  • A quiet home work space with fast, reliable internet.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • XML/XSL coding experience highly preferred, or the proven ability to learn any coding language

  • Licensing and Contracting experience preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, work-from-home position.

Monday through Thursday: 8:30AM to 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30AM to 4:00PM
