About the Opportunity
Mendaera is looking for a Training and Education Specialist to develop and deliver educational content and training programs for our products and services. The position reports to Mendaera’s Director of Clinical Engineering and will collaborate closely with Mendaera’s Clinical Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams. The annual salary range for this role is $129,000 - $173,000.
About You

Training and Education Specialist responsibilities include:
- Deliver training during Sales Class Onboarding, to enable Clinical Sales Representatives to effectively train and support customers
- Understand and incorporate customer feedback to improve and update training materials and delivery
- Collaborate with Clinical Engineering to create new training materials as new product features and offerings are developed
- Engage with healthcare providers to develop education materials and programs
- Develop and implement knowledge checks and assessments to ensure readiness and competence
- Represent Mendaera at conferences and academic events, delivering simulation courses and engaging with external stakeholders
- Refine and deliver clinical presentations
- Publish and maintain online learning resources, leveraging platforms such as Enablix to increase accessibility and scalability for customers
- Create, update, and refine procedure guides and technical supplements in collaboration with Clinical Engineering
- Develop and refine training models in collaboration with Clinical Engineering
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams such as: Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal
Desired skills and experience:
- At least 3 years’ clinical training and education experience, including directly working with healthcare providers
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and independent, with excellent analytical capability
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build and manage diverse relationships
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional presentation skills
- Versatility and ability to operate in a small-team environment
Work Expectations:
- Hybrid work environment, with moderate on-site presence at Mendaera HQ required
- High willingness and ability to travel for user engagements
