As a Strategist, you’ll work across teams to uncover insights, shape creative ideas, and craft strategies that drive impact. This role requires curiosity, rigor, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

For this role you will need to approach problems with precision and think deeply about how ideas live and spread—especially across social platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with senior strategists to define objectives and structure strategic approaches.
  • Conduct research on clients, audiences, and competitors to uncover challenges and opportunities.
  • Align client goals with campaign deliverables to ensure measurable impact.
  • Develop insights that fuel creative and campaign strategy.
  • Structure and lead brainstorms that turn social insights into creative concepts.
  • Craft compelling narratives that bring campaigns to life across channels.
  • Partner closely with creative teams to maintain strategic alignment during execution.
  • Embed social thinking into every brief, ensuring campaigns are built to thrive on social platforms.
  • Track social trends and cultural moments to keep clients ahead of audience expectations.
  • Use listening tools to monitor conversations and sentiment, informing real-time strategy and creative decisions.
  • Support new business by developing strategic materials and narratives for pitches.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • Experience in brand, advertising, or marketing strategy with an emphasis on campaigns and social.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategies that drive measurable results and the willingness to get hands-on.
  • Skill in audience targeting, messaging, and performance optimization across channels.
  • Deep understanding of platform mechanics, content formats, and engagement tactics.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, spot opportunities, and bring forward new social ideas.
  • Agility to adjust strategy based on live performance and audience response.
  • Strong storytelling ability to craft clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Sharp analytical skills for uncovering insights and evaluating performance data.
  • Attention to detail when reviewing deliverables for strategic consistency.
  • Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to clients and senior executives.
  • Collaborative mindset and talent for creating a positive, inspiring team environment.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $65,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
