Now Hiring: Teen Outreach Specialist / Case Manager (Manchester, NH)

Waypoint is looking for an energetic, creative, and compassionate professional to join our Runaway & Homeless Youth Program. This role provides prevention and intervention services for youth ages 12–17 through outreach, crisis support, emergency housing connections, and family engagement — helping youth find safety, stability, and hope.

We’re seeking someone with a heart for at-risk youth, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, think creatively, and build community connections. Must be flexible, with some evening hours as needed.

Requirements:

• BA in Human Services or related field (lived experience welcomed)

• Experience with high-risk youth

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean background check
