About the Role
This state-of-the-art Long-Term Care facility enables ICU nurses to maintain exceptional standards while enhancing their skills. Working alongside physiotherapists, registered nurses, and auxiliary care staff, they support patient recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a long-term acute care setting
- Manage a 1:5 patient ratio, ensuring clinical effectiveness and adherence to protocols
- Assist physicians with treatments and illness management
- Oversee rehabilitation and medication administration
- Collaborate on complex care cases, including pulmonary/ventilator liberation, neurological disorders, and post-trauma recover

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Adult Nursing (BSN)
- NCLEX-RN Exam has been successfully passed
- English Proficiency Certificate (or native speaker)
- 24 months recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
- Ability/willingness to relocate for a minimum of 2 years
