Your Role
As a Screening Analyst, you will support Arbor’s loan pipeline by evaluating financials, conducting due diligence, and preparing analyses that move deals forward. You’ll work directly on multifamily and commercial loan requests, gaining exposure to bridge, structured, CMBS, and agency products.
What You’ll Do
- Manage deals from initial screening to underwriting handoff
- Collect, review, and analyze borrower financials and market data to size loans in Excel
- Prepare loan analyses and communicate sizing and pricing based on internal and GSE policies
- Review borrower pro formas, identify risks, and conduct credit reviews
- Research market data from third-party sources to support deal decisions
- Partner with originators and underwriters to process applications
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Internship or experience in real estate or commercial finance preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000, plus discretionary performance-based bonus
