Role and Responsibilities:
· Work with operational management to create, modify, and document action workflows according to
state/county/client requirements
· Creating and maintaining Resware action lists
· Working with current, experienced IT staff to maintain system
· Communicating with Qualia and third-party support vendors as needed
· Training and monitoring staff to ensure that Resware is used properly
· Create, add, and revise document templates according to operational needs
· Map documents in ResWare to the appropriate points
· Create new clients and add their corresponding product types
· Create custom integrations
· Grant portal access and manage internal/external user access as well as role rights
· Map internal documents to work in XML format
· Map title premiums, underwriting documents, and rates
· Identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues within ResWare
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
· Assist in pre-sales product demonstrations, provide assistance in scoping projects or developing
proposals.
· Develop project plans and ensure that implementations are completed on time and meets client
expectations.
· Coordinate the exchange of information among departments on the required deployment activities
and processes to ensure successful deployments, supporting the cascade of knowledge and skills.
· Use interpersonal skills to leverage relationships to drive implementation activities.
· Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
· Prior experience in a Resware Administrator Role
· Project Management skills utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of title insurance or escrow closings.
· Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (switching and routing) a plus
· SQL experience a plus
· Work under general supervision.
· Bachelor's Degree, preferred.

· Highly motivated, inquisitive, self-started with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
· Capable of generating a high degree of respect and trust to develop, maintain strong relationships with business partners across all levels of stakeholders.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
