Your Impact:
The Nursing Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centered nursing care during assigned shifts at Inglis House. This role ensures compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations, while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. The Nursing Shift Supervisor serves as the leader for the nursing team, resolving issues, providing guidance, and ensuring smooth operations across shifts. Must be willing and able to participate in on-call rotation schedule as required to ensure consistent leadership coverage and responsiveness to facility needs during non-standard hours.

What You'll Do:
Leadership and Supervision
Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure delivery of safe and effective care.
- Coordinate staffing assignments based on resident needs, acuity levels, and staff skill sets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for nursing staff during the shift, addressing questions, concerns, and emergencies.
Resident Care
Oversee the implementation of individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their medical, physical, and emotional needs are met.
- Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adjust care plans as necessary.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including resident health crises, falls, or other urgent situations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure nursing practices comply with Inglis House policies, state and federal regulations, and professional standards.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, cleanliness, and safety of the environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, medication administration records, and shift reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) RN preferred with active licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in long-term care or a similar setting.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and communications skills.
- CPR Certification
- Familiarity with electronic health record (HER) systems
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations
Pay Rate for this Role: LPN $75k-$90/Annually; RN $95k-$110/Annually
