Summary: Remove snow from designated properties, as contracted or instructed for the snow season
**Must be available to start when snow starts. This position will have varying hours at all times of the day & night - scheduled and on-call as needed**
REQUIRED:
- Minimum 21 yrs of age
-Valid Drivers License
-Clean Driving Record
Essential Function:
· Shovel, blow, or plow walkways, parking lots, and entries
· Use truck, skid loader, end loader, or other snow removal equipment
· Apply salt or other ice melting agents
· Adhere to business management system (BMS), as applicable
· Assist with any other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements:
· Basic computer and written/verbal communication skills
· Physical ability to shovel snow for up to several hours continuously
· Drivers must maintain clean driving record
Physical Exposure:
· Constant standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting
· Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
· Exposure to cold temperatures, snow, and other weather conditions
· Proximity to snow removal equipment
