We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised School Transport Coordinator (Cover, Full-Time) to join our dedicated team at International College Spain.

In this key role, you will coordinate and oversee the school’s transport operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable service for our students and families every day.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in an international school environment and committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Previous experience in logistics, school transport coordination, or operations management is desirable but not essential. What matters most is a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to student safety and wellbeing.

We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, adaptable, and able to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external providers. A good level of spoken and written English is required to communicate effectively within our international community.
