JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Component Design: Leverage composition over inheritance to design reusable components with a focus on code maintainability and scalability.
• Conditional Rendering: Utilize strong skills in conditional rendering techniques with if/else statements, ternary operators, and dynamic component rendering to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Higher Order Components (HOC): Implement and manage HOCs to efficiently reuse component logic across the application.
• React Hooks: Apply a solid understanding of React Hooks, including useState, useEffect, useMemo, useContext, useRef, and develop custom hooks as needed for optimal functionality.
• State Management: Manage application state using both React Redux and useContext with hands-on experience optimizing state changes.
• Form Management: Develop and manage complex forms using Formik, ensuring seamless user data entry and validation.
• UI Development: Build and style components utilizing Material UI (MUI) to create visually appealing, consistent, and responsive interfaces.
• Routing and Navigation: Implement React Router for efficient navigation and maintaining application-wide state management.
• Middleware Management: Handle side effects effectively with Redux Thunk and familiarize yourself with Redux Saga for complex side-effect management.
• Functional Components: Develop predominantly using functional components, leveraging React's modern APIs.
• Coding Standards: Uphold strong naming conventions for variables, functions, components, and adherences to best practices in project structure and code organization.

EXPERIENCE

• Must have good knowledge on Member Analytics and Claims .
• Team Management and Project Management must.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.
• Proven experience as a React Developer with expertise in the above areas.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and in-depth knowledge of front-end technologies.
• Extensive experience with modern React workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient code.
