Responsibilities:

• Expertly troubleshoot and repair a wide range of residential HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with precision and confidence.
• Educate customers on system performance and proactively recommend upgrades that improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Promote and sell value-added services such as indoor air quality products, duct cleaning, Aeroseal, maintenance plans, and system replacements.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call—build trust, exceed expectations, and turn satisfied homeowners into lifelong customers.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture.
• Stay sharp by embracing ongoing training, new technologies, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Sales experience within residential HVAC or home services strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to educate, influence, and close with professionalism.
• Driven, dependable, and committed to delivering excellence in every customer interaction.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and always focused on safety and quality.
