Lead a Level III NICU serving the Greater Orlando area. Own daily operations, staffing, quality, and patient experience for a high acuity neonatal unit.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day to day NICU operations and staffing to patient need

• Standardize evidence based practice and ensure regulatory readiness

• Drive throughput, productivity, and quality metrics

• Coach charge nurses, preceptors, and frontline staff

• Partner with physicians and support teams to improve outcomes

Qualifications

• 2 plus years recent acute care NICU leadership Manager or Charge

• 4 plus years staff level NICU RN experience

• Active RN license. AHA BLS within 30 days. NRP within 6 months

• BSN required. Advanced degree preferred
