As an Associate Real Estate Manager, you'll be part of a high impact team driving strategic growth across the Midwest. You’ll work closely with leadership, sharpen your real estate skills, and help shape the future of our store network. Whether it’s adding commercial diesel, raze-and-rebuilds, or relocating stores for optimal performance—your work will be visible and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Site Selection: Identify and recommend new, replacement, or upgraded store locations.
• Asset Optimization: Analyze opportunities to enhance existing stores (e.g., adding fuel dispensers, remodel).
• Financial Modeling: Use Power BI, Excel, and store-level data to evaluate performance potential.
• Market Planning: Collaborate with Real Estate Managers to maintain a territory-wide optimization plan.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with brokers, developers, municipalities, and internal teams.
• Committee Presentations: Pitch site opportunities to the Real Estate Committee.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate reports on project spend and pipeline status.

Compensation:

Starting pay range:‏‏‎ ‎$74,200 - $97,300.‏‏‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
