About this Role

We are seeking a Business Resilience Lead to drive and manage the Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme across VOIS Centres. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational resilience through crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with Group frameworks. The individual will lead the development and execution of BCM strategies, audits, and recovery exercises, while supporting emergency communications and enterprise-wide continuity planning.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and support the BCM programme and crisis management initiatives across VOIS Centres.
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide business continuity calendar and programme.
  • Align BCM activities with Group frameworks and collaborate closely with Group BCM teams.
  • Ensure all BCM components—Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, Recovery Strategies, and Testing—are current and effective.
  • Manage emergency communications through the Employee Notification System.
  • Support internal and external audits, including annual certification processes.
  • Publish reports aligned with Group KPIs and RCC requirements.
  • Conduct business recovery exercises for operational and enabling functions.
  • Own and support resilience-related projects and initiatives.

Who you are

  • Experienced in BCM and crisis management within large-scale organisations.
  • Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder engagement across geographies.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Flexible and willing to support on-call requirements due to the nature of the role.
  • Holds a graduate degree with 4–6 years of BCM experience.
  • Preferably certified in CBCI/MBCI; ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer certification is an advantage.
