Working with designer brands like Tom Ford, YSL, Prada and Gucci you can offer the best products in the market whilst delivering exceptional service to our customers.This position will be offered as Permanent PT opportunity (26 hours a fortnight)What you will do:Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their needs and styleAccurately fit, adjust and repair glasses to ensure comfort and vision qualityProvide expert advice on optical products, lens types, coatings and accessoriesWork closely with our optometrists to deliver outstanding customer experiencesMaintain store presentation and uphold brand standardsAbout you:Previous experience as an Optical Dispenser is preferred but not essentialOr Retail experience with a strong interest in healthcareA warm, professional manner with a focus on customer serviceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative workplaceSuccessful candidate must have current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)‘Our people reflect the diversity of our community.
