About the Role
The Outbound Department Manager will oversee all aspects of outbound distribution — from order fulfillment and packing to staging, loading, and shipping.
You’ll lead a dedicated team focused on ensuring that every order leaves our facility on time, accurately, and with the level of care our customers expect. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills.
As we continue modernizing our operations and systems, you’ll play a key role in driving change, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

- Lead Change: Support and guide the team through evolving systems and initiatives with clarity, empathy, and consistency.
- Champion Safety & Quality: Uphold high standards for safety, product handling, and quality at every step.
