Your Role: As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, executing strategies, supporting campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement to support Mosaic’s continued
growth. You’ll play a crucial role in strengthening our brand, increasing visibility, and communicating to a wide audience.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Campaign Execution: Assist in creating, executing, and analyzing advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.  

• Brand Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials.  

• Content Creation: Design marketing materials and support social media efforts through content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring.  

• Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends and customer needs, providing actionable recommendations.  

• Event Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, managing
  logistics, vendor relations and performance tracking.  

• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business goals.  

What We’re Looking For 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.  

• Experience: 3+ years of marketing or similar experience preferred. 

• Skills: Proficiency with various marketing applications and content management systems.
