 Your primary accountabilities:

  • Optimize Maintenance and Reliability processes & technologies to increase productivity
  • Coach continuous improvement mindset within the Maintenance department, and other departments by detecting, initiating & securing improvement opportunities
  • Support and coach the continuous improvement program T4T
  • Encourage knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing on Maintenance and Reliability methods, procedures & best practices
  • Optimizing work preparation within the Maintenance department
  • Allocate resources (6 Maintenance Leads) to revisions, projects & troubleshooting.
  • Co-responsible for preparation and follow-up of Maintenance budget
  • Negotiating and adjusting service contracts to support the Maintenance department
  • You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the maintenance budget and spare parts warehouse.
  • Ensuring correct and effective communication between the Maintenance department & other departments

The requested qualifications for this job include:

  • You have a technical bachelor’s degree or equal by experience (> 5 years)
  • You have excellent analytical, planning & organizing skills
  • You are a strong communicator & presenting skills – both to frontline as to senior level
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You are computer literate
  • You are good at decision making, are innovative & a conceptual thinker
