Unit Manager bei Maryland Masonic Homes

Maryland Masonic Homes has an immediate opening for a Full-time Exempt Unit Manager - RN for our Skilled Nursing Unit, the ideal candidate must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Maryland with 3-5 years experience as a Unit Manager. This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing. Candidate will manage nurses, GNA's etc.. on our skilled nursing floor. Must have working knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC). Hours are Monday through Friday 8a-4:30p, rotating On-Call to include week-ends.

Must have excellent customer service skills, ability to provide manage/direction to staff, ability to foster a positive team environment, must have excellent communication skills with residents, family and team members, ability to problem solve.

Compensation is based on experience. Range:$98,000-$102,000
