What will you be bringing to the team?
- Coordination and Oversight of the Cybersecurity Scorecard Annual Assessment Cycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation’s cybersecurity community
- Plan and execute an annual assessment programme comprising both on-site and remote performance and maturity evaluations
- Organise regular in-person and virtual workshops to share insights and updates with key stakeholders
- Support targeted data collection efforts across the enterprise
- Cybersecurity Scorecard Development and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of measures and metrics for tracking cybersecurity performance
- Maintain and refine the methodology used to assess cybersecurity maturity and performance across the organisation
- Publish the updated Cybersecurity Scorecard annually to inform and guide the next assessment cycle
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project, programme, and/or portfolio management
- Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and coordination across complex environments
- Demonstrated success managing medium to large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Professional experience in projects encompassing risk management, cyber governance, and technology change management
- Solid understanding and practical experience within the domains of defence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
- Strong awareness of organisational environments and client ecosystems
- Highly self-driven, well-organised, and collaborative, with a customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of project and programme management methodologies and best practices
- Certifications and/or solid working knowledge of relevant project management frameworks, ideally within the cybersecurity context
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken); beginner-level French considered an asset
- Experience in organising international conferences or technology-focused events is desirable
- Possession of a valid NATO Secret Security Clearance at the time of application is required
