Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong experience in Power BI and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of reporting principles, data visualization, and analytics, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development & demo and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
 - Write and optimize Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
 - Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Python and Power BI.
 - Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
 - Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data models.
 - Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
 - Hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
 - Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib).
 - Strong understanding of reporting fundamentals, KPIs, and business metrics.
 - Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
