We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Treasury Services Support Specialist to join our Treasury Services team. In this role, you will provide high-level support to our commercial banking customers, ensuring their treasury needs are met with professionalism and accuracy. You'll assist clients primarily via phone and email, helping them navigate services, open accounts, and manage daily banking activities. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position that requires exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to excellent service.

• Assist with new service implementations and account openings
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client needs
• Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency

What You Bring:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
