Our team is Stuart FL is searching for a sales Director; the Sales Director is responsible for representing the Hinckley brand with integrity, expertise, and passion—guiding clients through the purchase of new and pre-owned Hinckley yachts. This individual will work in close partnership with Hinckley’s regional service teams to ensure each client enjoys an unparalleled ownership experience, from the first conversation to years of care and enjoyment on the water.
This role requires a proven ability to build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, a deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship, and an entrepreneurial spirit suited to a commission-based structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Represent the full range of new and pre-owned Hinckley yachts, guiding clients through the purchase journey with deep product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
- Partnership with Service Teams: Collaborate closely with regional Hinckley Yacht Services locations to ensure a seamless ownership experience—from purchase and delivery to maintenance and upgrades.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with owners, captains, and representatives to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, referrals, and the Hinckley network.
- Market Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of competitive brands, market trends, and evolving client expectations in the luxury yacht segment.
- Brand Stewardship: Uphold Hinckley’s standards of excellence and exclusivity in all client interactions, communications, and events.
