Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for an experienced leader with a proven ability to scale operations and grow a business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the solar or a related industry, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to business management. This role requires a leader with a focus on the business side of operations, including sales and strategic expansion.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the solar, construction, or a closely related industry, with a proven track record of growing and scaling a business.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of and hands-on experience in managing and optimizing business operations, including project management, logistics, and supply chain.

• Business Development Acumen: Proven success in sales, client relationship management, and expanding service offerings to both residential and commercial clients.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in building and leading teams, fostering a productive culture, and ensuring successful project execution.

• Financial & Business Management: Direct experience with P&L oversight, budgeting, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.

• Technical Proficiency: While a technical background is a plus, the focus for this role is on the business and operations side of a solar company.

• Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with solar and construction regulations, safety protocols (OSHA), and best practices.
