  • We’re hiring part-time Event Staff-Emergency Staff- Unarmed & Armed Security Officers in Columbia, MO to protect people, property, and peace of mind. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to security—we’ll provide training and help you succeed. This is a flexible role offering a variety of shifts (including weekends and overnights) and the opportunity to work at one or more locations.

We’re especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in security, military, or law enforcement, but we welcome anyone with strong judgment, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

  • Requirements - (Must have prior Security Experience) - (if armed you must be qualified)
  • Employment Eligibility: Provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility/authorization to work in the US
  • Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Attitude: Maintain a calm, professional, and customer service-oriented demeanor
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English speaking, reading/writing. Spanish is a bonus
  • Screening: Ability to pass a urinalysis (site dependent) and criminal background check
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Tech Literacy: Basic technology skills and ownership of a working smartphone and accessible email account
  • Physical Ability: Can stand, sit, walk, jog, crouch, bend over, and carry 50lbs in a variety of weather conditions and work environments
