Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Consumer Revenue Analytics team. This key role will support Condé Nast's Box Continuity business, including GQ Box and Allure Beauty Box, and eCommerce Stores. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for reporting on essential customer and business metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and churn rates, helping to drive data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Box Continuity Business Support:

  • Develop and implement reporting frameworks for customer and business-level metrics.

  • Analyze CAC, LTV, churn, and other key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Lead forecasting efforts to predict business trends and inform strategic planning.

eCommerce Store Support:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret eCommerce performance data (traffic, conversion rates, sales, customer behavior) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Create and deliver reports on key performance metrics, such as average order value (AOV), and conversion rates, ensuring leadership has real-time insights into business performance.

  • Work with customer data to understand purchasing patterns, behavior, and preferences, and provide recommendations to improve user experience and customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data in an accessible format for stakeholders.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, performance measurement, or a related role.

  • Proven expertise in analyzing customer metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, and forecasting.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $85,000-$95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
