To strengthen our innovative lobby bar team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Chef de Rang Bar for the 2025/2026 winter season!
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a station in the Kempinski Bar & Lobby during early and late shifts
- Monitoring and coordinating service processes in the hotel lobby/bar
- Serving food and beverages
- Preparing cocktails and long drinks
- Welcoming and attending to guests, including active sales
- Cashier duties (Micros system) and ensuring correct posting of sales and guest bills
- Daily closing
- Daily mise en place and cleaning duties
- Checking the premises for cleanliness and tidiness
- Participating in weekly training sessions
- Working in accordance with internal standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of comprehensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
- Resilience, tidiness and a very high awareness of quality.
- Structured and organised way of working.
- Keen interest in team-oriented work.
- Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
- You enjoy taking responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your expertise to colleagues
- Very good English skills are a prerequisite. German skills are an advantage, and basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.
