About the Role
We’re hiring Operations Agents to strengthen Aspora’s day-to-day operations and ensure seamless customer experiences. You’ll be the bridge between customers, internal teams, and external partners; resolving escalations, maintaining SLAs, and keeping transactions running smoothly.
This role demands high attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to solve problems fast. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth fintech environment and wants to build deep operational expertise in payments and financial systems.

What You’ll Own
Manage and resolve L2 customer tickets, ensuring timely closure within SLAs.
Collaborate with product, tech, and compliance teams to diagnose and fix issues.
Monitor success rates and operational metrics, escalating anomalies proactively.
Log, track, and document incidents to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
Maintain a clear feedback loop between customer experience and internal teams.
What We Need
1–3 years of experience in fintech, banking, or tech-enabled operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ticketing or incident systems (e.g., Intercom, Freshdesk, Jira).
Understanding of financial operations, payment flows, or reconciliation processes.
High sense of ownership, composure under pressure, and ability to multitask effectively.
