Business Contribution:
As a Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Operations Representative II, you will serve as a key point of contact for all HSSE-related operational activities and data management across the organization. Your two primary responsibilities will be to

1.Provide timely and accurate support for HSSE data, reporting, and compliance needs, and

2.Manage and maintain HSSE systems and documentation to ensure operational excellence and regulatory alignment.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of HSSE processes, systems, and reporting requirements. You will collaborate with facility teams, regional/global HSSE leads, and external platforms to ensure data integrity and timely submissions.

What You Will Do

Operational Support & Data Management

  • Manage monthly reporting, including:
  • Exposure hours
  • KPI data and supporting evidence
  • Generation of Global, Regional, and Facility-level HSSE reports
  • Monitoring and responding to an HSSE Help Desk email address – answering queries on HSSE data from various sources.
  • Handle pre-qualification processes via portals and email communications.
  • Support tender submissions by compiling and submitting required HSSE documentation.

Sustainability & Compliance

  • Maintain and update monthly facility sustainability data.
  • Respond to internal and external data requests.
  • Administer and manage sustainability portals such as ISS, MSCI, and EcoVadis.

Qualityze System Administration

  • Oversee Qualityze Document Library and Account Management.
  • Manage the Observations Module, including:
  • Data feedback and entry
  • Trend analysis and reporting
  • Administer the Incident Module, focusing on:
  • Incident data entry
  • Trend analysis and insights

Training & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and report on HSSE training data via the E-Library system.


What makes you an ideal candidate

  • Degree in Big Data Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR/HSSE reporting and analytics, with a focus on handling large and complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HSSE systems and sustainability platforms preferred.
  • Experience with Qualityze or other document and incident management systems.
  • Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination abilities and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
