As a Data Access Governance Program Delivery Manager within Shift, you'll be a key driver in the successful delivery of the company-wide Data Access Governance program. You'll lead and coordinate project activities, facilitate communication between teams, and track progress against the program's goals, ensuring a smooth adoption of the new model. As part of the Program Delivery team, this role reports to the Head of Program Delivery Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the implementation of the new Data Access Governance program, working closely with Data Science, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholder teams to map their current access patterns to new standardized RBAC and data classification models.
  • Own and maintain the core registry of data and access constraints to ensure compliance with customer contracts and global data protection regulations.
  • Facilitate and coordinate periodic user access certification campaigns, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Act as a central point of contact for program communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and upcoming activities.
  • Maintain the program plan, track project milestones, and manage program risks and dependencies.
  • Develop and report on program KPIs to measure progress and success.

SKILLS & BACKGROUND

  • At least four (4) years of proven experience in a project/program management or a related technical role.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology or security projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and the software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with core IAM and data governance concepts and their importance to business operations.
  • Experience leading workshops and driving change management in a technical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

 

Because of the collaborative nature of this role, the ideal candidate is comfortable being in our Paris office at least a few days per month.
