The Role

As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will deliver strategic ER support across a range of complex matters including enterprise agreement negotiations, employee grievances, performance management, and tribunal representation. You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners and line leaders to provide expert guidance, lead investigations, and drive compliance and process improvement initiatives.

This role also contributes to the development and implementation of policies, systems, and training that enhance organisational capability and ensure alignment with employment legislation and company values.

  • Tertiary Qualifications in HR or Law
  • Experience in a senior ER role preferably within a large, complex organisation
  • Experience in negotiating enterprise agreements or supporting HRBP’s in negotiating, case management, and employment legislation 
  • Proven ability to lead investigations and represent the company in tribunals and conciliation conferences
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
