What you will do

Assure Net Sales objective, sell out performance, SOM growth, ND & 7Ps execution.

Establish a strategic implementation of guidelines defined by Retail and Consumer Marketing.

Lead Customer Engagement looking for 2way sustainable growth.

T&C Negotiation and Implementation. Manage and monitoring Financials (GTN, Margin, ASP, DSO) & CS&L (CF, OT)  KPIs.

Analyze Gaps and opportunities, develop strategies to achieve results.

T2T contacts and meetings. Establish an ROI mentality among the entire team to ensure focus on maximizing investment productivity.

Manage people development and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing  or related.

• Proficiency in English

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience.

• 2 years of shown experience in Sales and/or Commercial positions.

• Indirect Trade experience

• License and Driving skills

• Be open to travel (50%)
