Your Role
We’re hiring multiple Consultants to join our Remediation team. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise, work with diverse stakeholders, and manage a high volume of customer enquiries — all while delivering exceptional service and meaningful outcomes for our customers.
In the role you’ll:
• Act as the primary point of contact for impacted customers via our call centre, ensuring timely and accurate handling of enquiries and remediation queries.
• Apply subject matter expertise to deliver a seamless customer experience, while maintaining precision in data capture and resolution tracking.
• Manage and expedite payments or other remediation actions with a strong focus on process integrity, data validation, and compliance with operational standards.
Key details:
• Locations: Dharug Country (Parramatta) or Bidjigal Country (Hurstville) offices
• Work arrangement: Flexible hybrid model – only one in-office day per fortnight
• Hours: Rotating roster, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

About You
We are looking for someone who is agile and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:
• Experience in ticketing systems is advantages
• Competent phone conversation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, listen and resolve customer enquiries
• Proficient with computers & systems – juggling multiple software systems at the same time
