About the Role and Program

If you’re nodding "yes," then the Disney Hospitality Leadership Program (DHLP) Front Office position might be the perfect role for you!

As a Disney Hospitality Leadership Program participant, you’ll be part of a Disney Resorts rotational program focusing on Front Desk and Housekeeping. As a Front Desk leader, you’ll bring the magic of Disney to life by leading the daily operations of our Front Desk, Bell Services, and Concierge teams. As a Housekeeping leader, you’ll be the driving force behind the comfort and cleanliness that define the Disney Guest experience. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with Excellence: Directly managing the Guest experience on the floor through proactive table touching and interactive engagement, upholding Disney’s renowned service standards.

  • Resolving with Care: Handle Guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable service recovery.

  • Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Ensure operational compliance, as well as strict adherence to all applicable government health regulations.

  • Collaborating for Success: Partner to ensure smooth room turnover and a seamless Guest experience.

  • Supporting Complex Situations: Lead conflict resolution efforts, providing thoughtful guidance when front-line teams encounter challenging Guest interactions.

  • Creating Magical First Impressions: Oversee arrival services including Front Desk, Bell Services, and Concierge to ensure every Guest receives a warm, personalized welcome. (Front Desk)

  • Ensuring Room Readiness, Quality & Safety: Coordinate and manage the cleaning and preparation of 120–500 Guest rooms and conduct daily inspections to maintain Disney’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. (Housekeeping)

  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to professional excellence, while driving continuous improvement in all facets of the operation.

Required Qualifications

  • College senior, recent graduate, or graduate level student

  • Majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant and/or Hotel Management, or similar.

  • Minimum one year demonstrated leadership

  • Experience in Front Office or a Housekeeping environment

  • Knowledge of the lodging industry and a passion for delivering outstanding service experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.

  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Demonstrated strong written and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Shown ability to function effectively in a team environment

  • Demonstrated strong computer proficiency within a Windows environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior or current experience within the hospitality, service or tourism industry.

  • Demonstrated multilingual skills, particularly Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

Eligibility Requirements & Programs Information

  • At time of application, must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the year.

  • Majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant and/or Hotel Management, or similar.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization.

  • Must provide full work availability.

  • Must be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.

Program Length: Participants must be fully available for the duration of this 12-month program, January 2026 through January 2027.
